Sinopsis del Libro

La historia nos narra los acontecimientos que le suceden a Chinto y Tom. Un día se enteran que su tía le ha dejado un campo y también una cama. El lugar queda en lo alto de una colina y de ahí se ve un paisaje hermoso, que se encuentra entre el valle y el mar. Como el lugar es tan acogedor ambos se van a vivir allí, pero primero deberán construir una casa. Al terminar su hogar, se dan cuenta que la cama que poseen es demasiado grande para entrar en la casa, después de varios intentos no lo logran, así que, por obligación deberán construir otra más amplia. Al estar instalados y el problema solucionado pondrán una carpintería que los llevará a tener más de un trabajo.
