El testamento fechado el 12 de octubre de 1504 se escribió en nueve hojas de pergamino a las que se añadió otra de cubierta que sirvió para cerrarlo y que sobre escribieron y sellaron los siete testigos que concurrieron junto con el notario Gaspar de Grizio.
