Healthy Habits is a collection of four stories featuring the Chiminis, fictitious characters that live in the forest and are as small as pine cones. In each story, one of the Chiminis has an adventure that highlights the importance of hygiene, a good diet, and exercise, and offers general health advice.

"In this title, children explore the reasons why they may feel lonely, how to recognize feelings of loneliness, and appropriate action to take when they feel lonely."

Esta es una historia que trata de mostrar a niños, jóvenes y a adultos la importancia de cuidar de los diversos seres que constituyen nuestro planeta. Se refiere a una pequeña mofeta que viaja por distintos países en busca de su familia y, durante su recorrido, se describe los exquisitos paisajes, con su flora y fauna. De esta forma, niños, jóvenes y adultos, a través de la descripción, irán haciendo un hermoso recorrido por diversos y maravillosos lugares del planeta.
