Healthy Habits is a collection of four stories featuring the Chiminis, fictitious characters that live in the forest and are as small as pine cones. In each story, one of the Chiminis has an adventure that highlights the importance of hygiene, a good diet, and exercise, and offers general health advice.

Sitting Bull first went to battle at the age of 14. He grew to be widely respected for his bravery and insight, and became chief of the Lakota nation in his thirties. By the time he met General Custer at the Battle of Little Big Horn, his courage was legendary.
