Mario Botta (1943 geboren) studierte in Venedig Architektur bei Carlo Scarpa und erffnete 1970 sein eigenes Bro in Lugano. Heute reicht seine Ttigkeit bis in die Vereinigten Staaten und den Fernen Osten. The subject of this artist's sketchbook is an artistic and environmental project that was inaugurated by Cristina Iglesias on November 6, 2010. It concerns an underwater labyrinth, consisting of three submerged rooms built in cement, in the waters off the Espiritu Santo Island in Baja California's Candelero Bay.
