Narciso Rabell Cabrero (1873-1928)

We studied the important events in the life and work of Puerto Rican scientist and politician Narciso Rabell Cabrero (1873-1928). He lived in the turmoil of the change of sovereignty from the Spain regime to the United States of America regime during the American-Hispanic War of 1898. Despite this turmoil, he made contributions in the natural history of Puerto Rico, especially in paleontology, archaeology, pharmacy, botany and politics. Rabell Cabrero was a man without boundaries. A genealogical summary is also provided.

La primera parte de los Comentarios reales fue publicada en 1609, en Lisboa. Escritos a partir de los recuerdos del Inca Garcilaso y de sus vivencias en el Cuzco, el libro pretende preservar la memoria histórica de las tradiciones de la civilización andina en el territorio del Perú. La presente edición se basa en la Antología de los Comentarios reales de José de la Riva Agüero de 1929. Linkgua también ha editado el texto íntegro en dos tomos.
